Nila is an origin dragon from the beginning of time that Garmadon created (see his blog post for story). She dreams pretty much anything, even when she's awake! When she came into Dragon Wingdom, Garmadon asked her to find him some entertainment, so she dreamed. She dreamed of something that tells stories when you are bored, is very flammable, easy to make yourself, doesn't take up a lot of room, and is light weight. When she woke up, she felt something under her chin. She looked down and discovered that she had made something that had a wood back and was filled with paper. Garmadon was astonished as much as she was! Garmadon then asked what it was and Nila replied "It is called a book and it gives you stories." As Garmadon read the book, Nila felt like she wanted to squeeze something, so she dreamt of something that was squishy and ended up making a stuffed teddy bear. She also made many other things that benefit dragons. Dragons that are holding an object are always made by Nila.
Nila is kind, thoughtful,forgiving, loving,friendly, loyal, thankful and sleepy. If you try to wake her up, it is almost impossible. She is not a big fan of serious or grumpy people, and if she ever met one she would say, "Jeez dude, you sound like you need a nap or a chill pill." She totally dislikes mean, annoying, and sassy people (although she tends to be sassy herself. Shhhhh!) She doesn't talk a lot but when she does, it's always informal (NO bad words). She's basically a teenager. She's always daydreaming and barely listens to anything you are saying.
Garmadon is an ancient dragon that lived in a cave. He was feared and loved. He was loved by the dragons for his courage and bravery and incredibly hard scales. But yet, he was also feared by dragons, for he wouldn't back down out of a fight. If dragons never fought him, then he conquered cities of people. He was praised for his good deeds. Yet he was also praised for another reason, he made the Dragonverse - Dragon Wingdom. He made the first dragons. They were the only element dragons, and he was the king.
Garmadon is brave, kind, fearless, smart, strong, a leader, kind, scary, funny, loyal and much more. He was the biggest of all the dragons and definitely has the most scorch marks. He respects what other dragons are doing and isn't very bossy, unless things get out of hand.
Garmadon is sculpted around an armature of tin foil. I started with his head and then built the rest of his body. I used wire to frame his wings and ended up having to glue on some of his hair and his right wing fell of. He was also burnt in the oven (his scorch marks from battle) and not very smooth. He is my very first dragon.
